The problem
What was getting in the way
Small clinics and restaurants miss calls, double-book, lose paper records, and stop working when the internet or power goes out.
What I built
What it does
- AI receptionist answers calls, books appointments and gives the caller a token number; for restaurants it takes phone orders and reads the full order back before placing it
- Clinics: patients, appointments and tokens, visits and printed prescriptions, waiting-room queue screen, child growth and vaccination tracking, dental charts
- Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops: menu, fast counter (POS), kitchen screens, tables, delivery and riders, stock and recipes, online ordering
- Bills, payments, refunds, day close and reports
- Front desk and counter keep working offline and sync automatically when the internet returns
- Admin panel to manage each business's modules, plans, usage, invoices and payments
- Nightly encrypted backups
How it's built
